Shipping Policy

CoConutterist Dispatch Processing Time: 5-7 working days

Delivery Time: Most UK orders will arrive within 5 working days from dispatch. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Note: CoConutterist is not responsible for postal delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery services.

Due to the GPSR and low interest to sell in the EU, CoConutterist does not sell physical products to the EU. Any orders received from the EU will be automatically cancelled.
However, if there is sufficient interest from EU customers, I will look into options. Please contact coconutterist@gmail.com if there is genuine interest.

Delivery Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive, though most orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks.
Tariffs & Handling Fees (from 31st August 2025): All orders shipped to the USA will include applicable tariffs and handling fees. These costs are collected at checkout so there will be no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.
Responsibility: These charges remain the responsibility of the buyer but are collected upfront to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Partner: Orders are handed to USPS once they arrive in the United States.

Delivery Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Most international orders arrive within 1–3 weeks, but customs clearance or seasonal delays may extend this timeframe.
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. CoConutterist is not liable for customs delays or fees imposed.

Some items are released on a pre-order basis. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:

Payment at Checkout: Pre-orders must be paid in full when placed to reserve your item.
Estimated Shipping Dates: The estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page (e.g., “ships at the beginning of October 2025”). These dates are estimates and may change slightly due to production or supplier delays.
Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Patience Appreciated: By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping times may vary. We’ll always keep you updated if there are significant delays.

Some items can be picked up in person when I’m at a convention. By selecting a pick up, you agree to the following:

Payment at Checkout: Pick up orders must be paid in full when placed to reserve your item
Attendance at the event of pickup: You must attend the fair that is clearly stated in the pick up option selected, failure to attend the event in person would result in your order being cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns about pick up contact coconutterist@gmail.com or @coconutterist on instagram about your order.
No shipping: By choosing the pick up option, you acknowledge that the order will not be shipped to you and you will have to collect it at the location described. We will keep you updated if there are any issues.
It is possible that I will be attending a new event before that of the chosen pick up. If the new event is more convenient for pick up, you can contact coconutterist@gmail.com or @coconutterist on instagram to move the pick up to the new event.
In the case that I drop out of an event and can no longer drop off your order at the selected pick up location, I will contact you and provide new options for collection or shipping.
