Even though the return address on your packages is in Manchester, I’m actually based in London and am shipping from my little home studio.

My dispatch processing time is 5-7 working days as I’m a one-person team while studying for a degree whilst picking up shifts at my part time job so I hope you can understand if I don’t manage to ship out your orders as quickly as Amazon does <3

On average for UK orders estimate 2-3 working days and 6-7 working days for International orders.
I use Royal Mail so if you’re worried about orders arriving late, please check the estimated shipping time on the Royal Mail website to your location.
For US customers, expect a longer delivery time due to the customs backlog from the de mininis tariff changes. I would suggest getting tracked shipping to ensure you get your order safely!

you can opt for tracked shipping during the checkout process! If you did not, unfortunately tracking will not be available. In the case you did get tracked shipping, I will provide the tracking number when I dispatch your order!

Unfortunately, my shop currently does not meet GPSR requirements so I can’t send any orders from my website, however there are some old products on my ETSY that can be sent to the EU.
If there’s enough genuine interest to open my shop to the EU, I’ll definitely look into it! Shoot me a message so I can monitor interest.

For all products except stickers, Not to worry! There are no prices included on the packages I ship out.
If you do wish to gift stickers and would like the stickers removed before shipping, just leave me a message!

I mainly do limited runs of items unless it’s a favourite of mine or if customers show interest! In that case I’ll continue to restock those products for an extended amount of time. A lot of items in my shop are experimental so if there’s something you’ve got your eye on, there’s no guarantee that it’ll be restocked in the future.
